A little update from me...

Hey, my loves.

I've been meaning to write a little update. The last one was a little too, down in the dumps for my liking. And spoiler alert things have started to get better and I have some very exciting things on the horizon which I can't wait to tell you about(but maybe not in this update).

Panic attacks.

I never thought I'd be as open as I am about suffering with panic attacks as I am. In truth I think having my blog, allows me to have a little space where no one judges me for having them (silly I know).

In the past I suffered with them daily. As of right now, I am dealing with them quite well. Over the past month I have had three. Yes, three, I will happily take that. What I have learnt through out all of panic attacks is how to deal with them.

When I can control a situation which makes me anxious, I take myself away. Just give myself a few minutes. After a few minutes or when I feel as if I can cope, I go back. Sometimes, you can't control a situation- so panic attacks can be unavoidable for me.

Confidence.

I have always suffered with confidence issues- haven't we all. Over the past few months I definitely have gained a little more confidence, than I have in the past. It makes me really hopeful for the future.

Love life.

If im honest, my love life is about as exciting as a tumble weed. Yes, I's still single. Unless you count my very strong relationship with Pinot Grigio Blush.

So there you have it, my very little personal update- as you can tell I am as boring as usual.

Have a lovely day!

Em

  1. I'm glad your panic attacks are becoming less frequent! I can't imagine what it would be like to suffer with them daily. Good luck with the future dearie <3

  2. Girl, I feel you. I occasionally get panic attacks when I'm in a pressured situation. It doesn't help that often confidence can go hand in hand with them. As for being single, hey, you're part of an awesome club with me girl!
