Finding you're worth!

Hi guys!

Recently its been so hard to concentrate on blogging. I’ve been battling a lot with my confidence and knowing my ‘worth’ . Like many others, I feel like I have kind of lost my self after the Christmas period. The fun times were replaced with debts, colds and even a little remorse for my liver.

Finding pick me ups, to get me through the week or another ‘emergency’ is honestly difficult. After a while of struggling it really can effect you life. Creating a spiral that sometimes you just cant control; work, friend and even relationships can crumble when you’re heads not in the right space.

What helps me.

I could give you a list of things to help motivate you, yet what really helped me was taking a step back. Having a few days to really look at my life as an outsiders perspective. Yes, to some my life would be difficult, yet some would love to have it.

When spiraling, its so easy to concentrate on the harder things in life. What about the good? Family, friends and pets are all there to give you love when you needed. Some peoples background vary to others significantly and that’s nothing to be ashamed of either. Just know you are not alone.

So, write a list. 

Sit down and write all the positive things in you life. This can take as long as needed. Having something written down when will always make a horrible day a little easier.When the list is completed take the individual sections, cut them up and put them in a jar, tub or something you can go back to when you need to. Trust me, this helps when things get tough.

I know this is only brief but i really hope my experience has helped if you feel like your stuck in a rut. It's time to break free.
