Day 10: Take a Break from the Battle.
I have been so stressed with work over the past few weeks; I could really use some down time. And that is exactly what I intend on doing. From girlie chats to holiday planning, tonight is my night to really take some time to enjoy myself.
The past few days..
When some one is off ill or a family member turns into a temporary mess, life just becomes a nightmare; that's exactly what's happened these past two weeks. I haven't handled it very well I've struggled and ended up giving into a panic attack which left me crying in the toilets at work.
In the past I have had extremely bad anxiety attacks which left me scared to leave the house. Starting to work full time gave me the structure I need to get better. Talking things through with friends and slowly challenging myself really helped combat my anxiety.Although, I know that's not for everyone.
Tonight's Plan of Action.
- Pyjamas, the ultimate comfort after a stressful day.
- Chocolate- arguably a girls best friends.
- Netflix in Bed, who doesn't love curling up like a caterpillar and binge watching Orange is the New Black.
I am really sorry this is such a short blog, but sometimes you just need a break.
